The roaches were nice, they only ate half of my food.

They wouldn?t let me go in my room after I paid, and they wouldn?t reimburse me the money I paid

The location

It was very old, mouldy and dirty. The carpets wet putrid and the bathroom unclean.

All is normal. Room with tea kettler and small fridge. Comfortable. Thanks

My room smelled very disgusting, the floor was not clean, the mattresses on the beds looked very bad. Overall the room looked untidy.

The location is ok but the room is not clean and had to move out immediately.

At this "Genius member"price, only this room gave me a Seaview during my stay. Next time, I like to come back to stay longer. A male staffer tried to let me check in earlier than 2 PM which should be appreciated (on a hot day in NT)!

A traveller should be hinted (online or at front desk) about options to upgrade the room, the availably of breakfast, chance of extension few more days... because either Staffer are too busy or the client can forget to ask questions that enhance their enjoyment of staying in better conditions.

Young man at reception and lady in laundry were very helpful.

Stained carpets and cockroaches .

Large room, large bed, and next to the beach. The room was kept mostly clean. The staff was nice but whoever the owner is was horrendous.

They started drilling into the concrete at 9AM nearly every day and continued repairs for nearly three weeks. Nobody from the hotel staff said anything until everyone in the hotel started complaining. I stayed because I already paid for a month and it seemed like it'd be a huge pain to try to get my money back and then find another place. It was also basically the same price as staying in a hostel, which I absolutely didn't want to stay in. It seemed like the staff was blindsided by the owner's incompetence and didn't know how to deal with all the complaints. The shower drain was mostly clogged when I arrived but each small issue was quickly cleaned whenever I brought it up.

Don't stay at this hotel

I'm booking the room on booking with available room but when I come, the hotel said no room with the reason: I don't find your room on the system. Then, I showed my booking number and the male staff said: Booking not update the vancacy room with the reality room at the hotel. Very irresponsible

Nearby to the beach

Very dirty room with stinky smell from toilet, room very dirty and old, difference from the picture on Booking. Male staff not friendly, lack of professional and repond the problem with customer like I'm 8 years old.

The staff was kind, very spacious rooms. The cleaning staff is very friendly, by letting me sleep. Bring towels and water. I had a very long stay here, so the staff felt like a second family to me during Christmas, New Year, and when Vietnam won the football ?

Dirty spots on the wall, that could easily be removed. Black mold on the walls. (The hotel is working on removing the mold) Therefore there was construction noise during my stay. A couple was fighting multiple nights, I feel the hotel was too large on accepting their behaviour.

Decent property in a great location on the sea front. It’s a “get what you pay for” kind of hotel. The property is definitely in need of some maintenance here and there but overall, it’s no trouble at all. Good sized beds. Easy check in process no matter what time of day. Lots of shops, restaurants and amenities directly next to the hotel.

This is a good hotel, the staff is very friendly, when I asked for an extra table and chair for work, the hotel employee immediately brought it to my room without any problems, scandals or unnecessary questions, I really appreciate it, the water was also constantly brought in the morning, which is also a plus. The hotel is undergoing renovation, but it did not interfere with sleep or proper rest, when the renovation is completed, the hotel will become even better, very good location and price for such a place, I will definitely come back!

The hotel is just ok for the price you pay, the location is good.

The room that I got needed a deep cleaning, the walls and the floor had stains, humidity and damp patches. It didn't make me feel comfortable during my stay. The staff was like absent from the service.

I am a tourist coming to Nha Trang for a vacation and do not intend to see the hotel firstI saw 5 star reviews about this hotel and I decided to stay for 3 days. Everything was very good, from the service, quiet and comfortable. The receptionist was very sociable. The room was nice and clean. Near the beach and near local restaurants. Delicious food contributes to my happy travel experience.Thank you, I will come back if I have a chance ?❤️

Well we had a fantastic time there,the people are very friendly and willing to go out of there way for you,the rooms were huge and the price is unbelievable .They took care of motorbike hire for us also at a good priceYou can also book tours there ,makes it very easy.

Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel for its great value and would happily return in the future.

Very good location, close to the sea, comfortable bed, good AC and ventilation. Silence in the room. Good speed of wi-fi (most of the time around 50 Mbps). A small fridge.
